You Are Invited

A half-day, facilitator-led roundtable discussion on updating your dining program for the demands of today's market. Today's residents and families are looking for more personalized care, flexible programs and residences tailored to their specific needs. "Resident Focused Care" in all aspects of your residents' lives is being supported not only by your prospective clients, but also by regulatory agencies and senior advocates worldwide. This is a BQA "hot-button" topic!

Who Should Attend

This roundtable discussion is designed for administrators, team leaders, dietary managers, activity staff and anyone who is responsible for the organizing, purchasing, preparing or serving of your residents' meals. A skilled nursing focused roundtable will be included for interested participants.

Please allow sufficient travel time for weather, parking and traffic. We will begin on time at 8:30 a.m. at each session!

Includes breakfast, networking roster and many useful handouts.

Refunds

No full refunds will be made after July 21, 2006. For cancellations after July 21, a voucher for future WALA educational events will be issued minus a $25 administration fee. Substitutions are OK - just contact WALA

Directions To Each Location

Merrill - Bell Tower Residence is located at 1500 O'Day St. Phone number: 715/536-5575. Take I-39/Hwy 51 to exit 205 (Cty Q). Go left on Cty Q, then a right on Cty K/Q into Merrill for approx 1 mile. Take a right on O'Day St and Bell Tower will be 1/4 mile on the left.

Eau Claire - Banbury Place is located at 800 Wisconsin St. Phone number: 715/836-6828. From I-94, take Hwy 53 N to Brackett Ave (Downtown Eau Claire Exit). Left on Brackett Ave to Farwell St. Right on Farwell St to Wisconsin St. Turn right on Wisconsin St to Banbury Place. The Eau Claire Conference Room is located in Building D02 in the 3rd floor skyway.

Madison - Comfort Suites is located at 1253 John Q Hammons Dr. Phone number: 608/836-3033. From I-90/94, take Hwy 12/18 (Beltline Freeway) west for ten miles. Exit Greenway Blvd and take a left on John Q Hammons Dr. The Comfort Suites will be on your left.

Appleton - Touchmark-Appleton is located at 2601 Touchmark Dr. Phone number: 920-832-9100. From US-41 N, exit at W. Prospect Ave toward Appleton (exit 136). Go east on W. Prospect Ave for about a half mile. Turn right onto Touchmark Dr and follow it to the left to arrive at the main entrance.

Milwaukee - Mitchell Manor is located at 5301 W Lincoln Ave in West Allis. Phone number: 414/615-7200. From I-94, take the Miller Parkway exit south to Lincoln Ave. Go west (right) on Lincoln Ave. The Mitchell Manor Campus is located on the south side of Lincoln Ave.
