|2016 Fall Diamond Roadshow/Peer Forum|
2016 Fall Diamond Roadshow / Peer Forum
These events (exclusive to Diamond participants) are held twice a year.
The Roadshow portion of the session is educational in nature. This particular edition will focus on how non-clinical projects can also be effectively worked through the Diamond Program. In particular, this session will use staffing issues (which are a big topic of conversation statewide) as examples. Attendance can be used to meet the Diamond Event Attendance Expectation.
The Peer Forum is an opportunity for attendees to share what they are working on in their Diamond Program projects. In addition to sharing, all attendees will receive feedback from both the Diamond Program Manager AND THEIR PEERS in an effort to share best practices, make suggestions, etc. Attendance can be used to partially meet the Peer Program Expectation.
Sessions are 3 hours in length. The ideal is that attendees participate in both the Roadshow and the Forum. However, if an attendee chooses to attend only part of the event, an approximate schedule is that the first hour and 15 minutes is Roadshow, followed by a 15 minute break and then Peer Forum for the remainder of the time.
