Educational Pre-Event: 

Win – Win Solutions: Strategies for Effective Collaboration With Your MCO

Assisted living communities and Managed Care Organizations share a common goal: to ensure quality care and services for clients. Ideas about how to best accomplish that goal may differ, resulting in potential conflict. This session will provide some practical, tried-and-true strategies to maintain a cooperative partnership in which the interests of both parties are respected and achieved.
