WALA Quality Improvement Director    

Application Instructions

 

 

The Wisconsin Assisted Living Association (WALA) is currently looking for a Quality Improvement Director to be an integral member of a small, dynamic team providing services to a diverse group of assisted living providers and partners, as well as the general public.

 

The Quality Improvement Director is generally responsible for four major functional areas/projects: 1) develop and implement quality improvement activities; 2) quality measurement development and data collection; 3) provide survey and regulatory guidance; and 4) lead, manage, and support the WALA Diamond Program.

 

We are looking for someone with five (5) years or more of related experience, preferably in the assisted living or long-term care environment.  Bachelor degree or higher preferred.
