Are you an owner/operator of a small Adult Family Home (AFH)? Do you provide care to people other than the elderly (mental Illness, traumatic Brain Injury, intellectual Disabilities, physical disabilities)? Have you been seeking education offerings that center around your type of assisted living setting? We have a special day of training – just for you!

 

This half day training focuses upon on an array of topics gathered from providers like you. From the hot issues to areas of educational interest, this session has you in mind.

 

Topics include:

  • Wearing all the hats (accountant, administrator, care staff, human resources, marketing, owner/operator, wellness director, and more) within your assisted living home
  • Working well with your MCOs – Getting a rate you and your resident deserve
  • Client Group Specific Training and Resident Rights vs. Provider Rights
