Essentials of AL: Leadership, Residents & Quality

In the assisted living field, the core of a highly functional community is rooted in Leadership, Resident Centered Care, and Quality process. These are the essentials that allow an administrator, manager, owner/operator to effectively navigate in today’s heavily cluttered landscape. WALA’s all new education experience will help you function as an agile assisted living leader. Discover how to implement a resident care experience that consistently aligns with current compliance and external expectations. Take this opportunity to create daily practices that will move your team forward while the resident remains the primary focus of your assisted living community. These practical measures will help your operations remain firmly grounded when weathering inevitable challenges. This session will supplement your present knowledge base as an assisted living leader by offering:

  • Methods to engage, train and retain staff in a very complicated workforce environment
  • Current, relevant resident centered case studies reflecting today’s realities
  • Practical, applicable solutions for addressing change in condition, expectations and managing difficult conversations while remaining person/resident centered
  • Development, maintenance, and managing complex ISP situations
  • Effectively managing acuity and maintaining census as a result of practicing a Quality Process
  • Improved service recovery through an investment in a Quality Process

This 2.5 day intensive is designed to deliver value to professionals serving within all of Wisconsin’s assisted living license categories and client groups.

We welcome any questions potential attendees may have. Please contact WALA directly to further discuss this all new training avenue.
