Low Cost Liability Insurance for Assisted Living

WALA offers access to low cost liability insurance for
small providers as a member benefit!

The Wisconsin Assisted Living Association (WALA) is proud to announce a benefit for WALA members only. The Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) are requiring their provider networks have commercial general and professional liability insurance. As a member of WALA, you will have easy access to this low cost program through M3 Insurance. This program is available for providers with up to 10 beds and here is how it works...

First, You Need To Be A Member Of WALA

Join WALA now and your membership is valid to December 31, 2023. Membership must be paid in full and is non-refundable. WALA membership information and applications are on our membership page, or you can call us at (608) 288-0246 and we will fax or mail you an application. If you leave a message, please make sure to leave your name, company name, and contact information.

Second, Access The Insurance Company

M3 Insurance has put together this program to make access to Commercial Liability Insurance easier and more affordable for providers with 10 beds and under. Once you are a member of WALA, you can contact M3 Insurance and have the application sent to you.

The WALA Association Liability Plan Can Be Accessed A Couple Of Different Ways

Through the WALA members only access, you will find a link to the application and rating system. If you do not have online access, you can contact M3 directly and they will send you the application. You will need to complete the application, sign, and submit to the insurance agency with your payment and other documents requested in the application. The rating is easy and, as we mentioned, very affordable with NO minimum premium and the premium will be pro-rated based on when during the policy period you join the plan.
