Survey Readiness Training

This 3 hour workshop, led by Lore Brownson with New Perspective, is created to help attendees learn proactive measures to support all community team members how to respond effectively and efficiently when surveyors arrive to your community in their unannounced fashion. This workshop will equip team members with the training to understand their individual and collaborative roles in preparing for and confidently responding to surveyor interactions, with the goal of supporting surveyors' to conduct their survey and exit your community as expeditiously as is feasibly possible.  Key topics included:

• Proactive Preparation: Having the necessary and reasonably anticipated documentation routinely requested by surveyors ready and accessible upon a surveyor's arrival is a key component in facilitating an effective and efficient survey response
• Targeted Training: The important of engaging in role-specific training to create muscle memory in team members, enabling them to confidently manage and respond to surveyor interactions, observations, and questions
• Effective Communication: Strategies for managing surveyor questions, even when you don't have immediate answers.
