An emergency can strike your assisted living community at any time. Fires, floods, power outages, tornadoes, or communicable disease outbreaks are just a few events that could require an emergency response. Planning is essential to ensure your community is prepared. At a minimum, you must meet the Administrative Code requirements for emergency preparedness that are applicable to your facility licensure type.
