Join WALA at Legislative Day

This WALA Member Exclusive event is an exciting and informative day that allows participants to be advocates for assisted living communities throughout Wisconsin.

Schedule:

9:30am: Registration

Best Western Premier Park Hotel

10:00am - 12:00pm: 

You will hear directly from legislative leaders on the current political landscape.  In addition, we will provide tips on having successful meetings with your legislators

12:00pm - 12:30pm: Lunch

1:00pm - 5:00pm: Meetings at the Capitol

Following lunch, participants will walk to the Capitol to speak with their Legislators and inform them about the issues facing assisted living providers in Wisconsin. 

Registration:

There is No Cost to attend, but you must register with WALA by February 24th.  This permits us time to schedule meetings with your legislators.  When registering, please use your HOME ADDRESS (not your facility address).
