Looking for a rewarding opportunity to use your skills in a professional care environment? We are looking for a compassionate and skilled nurse to join our team who wants to make an impact in people’s lives while providing basic nursing care. This includes medical case management of a caseload of assisted living residents, providing assessments, treatments, care planning, clinical oversight of caregivers, collaboration with outside care providers, etc. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, well organized, skilled in electronic documentation systems, and strong clinical critical thinking skills. 4 days/ wk, includes 1 weekend per month, hiring both day and evening positions.
