Position: Full-Time, Day Shift, Monday-Friday (with occasional weekend on-call)

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee resident care, ensuring dignity and quality of life are maintained.
• Manage medications and address behavioral expressions like wandering or sundowning.
• Collaborate with a skilled team of caregivers, therapists, and directors to create personalized care plans that enhance residents' well-being.
• Lead tailored activities and therapies that spark joy and connection, helping each resident feel valued and cared for.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Wisconsin RN or LPN license and a passion for senior care.
• Experience in memory care or geriatrics is a plus, but we welcome new graduates eager to learn and grow!
• A compassionate team player with strong communication skills and a warm, empathetic approach to care.
