About Us:
Agape of Appleton is a non-profit human services agency that provides residential support services to individuals with differing abilities. We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for those we serve and are looking to add a dedicated Services Coordinator to our leadership team.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Services Coordinator to oversee the supervision of service provision for individuals residing in various community settings. The Services Coordinator will provide leadership to Residential Case Managers and/or Program Managers, ensuring that services are delivered in line with Agape’s philosophy, values, and the needs of the individuals we support. This position reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and review individual service provision based on Agape's philosophy and values.
  • Safeguard the human and civil rights of individuals and their families, fostering human dignity and personal worth.
  • Develop programming supports to meet the unique needs of the individuals we serve.
  • Ensure direct service hours are utilized and documented according to individual service plans/care plans and contractual obligations.
  • Foster effective communication both within and between departments of the agency.
  • Provide supervision, training, and ongoing evaluation of staff as per Agape’s policies and management philosophy.
  • Provide the Chief Operations Officer (COO) with accurate and timely information regarding program, staff, and participant needs.
  • Stay informed about state and federal regulations, as well as Agape’s policies and procedures, ensuring their application.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field, and/or sufficient experience and training to meet the responsibilities of the role.
  • Previous leadership experience managing a small group of staff.
  • High standard of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to organize, set priorities, take initiative, and exercise sound independent judgment.
  • Ability to respond appropriately in difficult or sensitive situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
